Loudoun Winter Train & Play Academy - 6 Weeks

Get ready for the upcoming season with the Team Virginia Winter Train & Play Academy—the premier winter training program designed to build skill, strength, and lacrosse IQ! Open to boys in the 2026 - 2032 graduation years, this academy offers elite training from Team Virginia Directors and Coaches, preparing athletes to excel this spring. Athletes will train for 45 minutes followed by 45 minutes of small-sided game play.

Training Schedule by Age Group

  • 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM: 2026, 2027, 2028 and 2029

  • 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM: 2030, 2031, 2032 and 2033

Location & Dates

  • RavenTek Sportsplex (formerly Revolution Sportsplex) in Leesburg, VA

  • Sundays December 14th, 21st and Sundays January 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th
