Family is what Team Virginia is all about. The facility is top notch. The staff is dedicated and knowledgeable. The Lacrosse education and chances to compete against the best in our area are second to none. The opportunities for players to come out and put work in, are plentiful. I have two sons who play for Team Virginia , and we couldn't be happier with the program. The coaching is top notch -- it is evident that the coaches have a vested interest in our boys and are there to further their lacrosse development at each and every practice, clinic or skills academy. Equally as important, there is an emphasis and expectation of respect for teammates and coaches which shapes the attitude and feel of Team Virginia . A bonus (which is a huge one) is the outstanding and unparalleled facilities at the Evergreen Sportsplex. Lastly, I am sure our club offers more training and touches than any other club around, and at a competitive price. We are a loyal and satisfied Team Virginia family!

What impresses me most about Team Virginia , is that they strive to not only develop great players, but great humans and dare I say, great men. They not only focus on skill development but also character development, which is something our world needs more of. The coaching is phenomenal as are the facilities. We're an experienced lax family having been involved at club level since our boys were very young. They're now both teenagers. My younger son's team is one of the best teams in the country for his age group so the bar has been set high for us as a family. We recently moved our older son to Team Virginia and I can say without a doubt that this club is outstanding! If you're looking for a great program, with awesome positional training and practices that will really improve your kid's lax IQ and skills then you absolutely need to look at Team Virginia . My wife and I are blown away by the professionalism, communications, lax knowledge and credentials of Ricky Reyes and his coaches.

Team Virginia Lacrosse is like family to us. Both sons have been thriving under this program as they work toward their goals. The numerous training and development opportunities available far exceeds what other clubs offer. Both boys get a ton of reps to improve individually and as a team. Under the leadership of the coaching staff both sons have love and respect for the game that is equal to their commitment to see this program succeed.

Team Virginia helped me get on coaches’ radar. Without them, I wouldn't have been noticed as easily. The coaches pushed me to reach a potential beyond what I thought possible. They taught me to expect more from myself and the value of encouragement, not only by giving it to me, but by the resulting growth of the team as a whole.

My boys have been playing for Team Virginia lacrosse for years. The coaching staff is second to none - from head coaches down to summer assistants. Everyone is involved in each kid and each kid is known as a person and a player by everyone! It’s a wonderful experience for all of us.

The Team Virginia experience has been great for our son and our family. They truly put the boys first; they’re individually focused on each player’s areas of strength and development. The coaches are all-in in terms of ensuring the learning and engagement of the boys, to the point that they even get out on the field and run drills with them. I've never seen this in any other clubs. They are great at communicating and making sure the parent experience is equally as great as that of the boys. It’s simply an awesome team to be a part of

Team Virginia provided me with all the resources I needed and so much more in the recruiting process. Selecting competitive tournaments with great exposure and staying extremely active communicating with coaches all the time. I always enjoyed the competition in practice too, the coaches and players around you only want to see you succeed and that’s what makes Hammers special. Coach Reyes was so helpful to me through my entire time at Team Virginia . He cares so much for the game, players and coaches in the program and it’s something that always stuck out to me.

Team Virginia has become like a second family for our son. He started in summer league, completed the Evolution training program and is now in his second year of the travel program. Coach Ricky and the entire coaching staff take the same time and care to get to know and develop each player from beginner to elite athlete. With their state of the art facilities, top notch staff and the many next level development opportunities they offer, you won't find a better program out there!
