Team Virginia
Team Virginia helps motivated players improve, compete, and gain confidence through intentional coaching, honest evaluation, and a realistic pathway — all while respecting the high school season and family time.
HOW WE TRAIN
Director Led Training
Director-Led Trainings are high-level, college-style sessions designed and run by our top staff.
Athletes train by age group, not just team, ensuring higher reps, faster pace, and exposure to multiple coaching voices throughout the year.
These sessions emphasize skill execution, decision-making, pace of play, and lacrosse IQ — preparing athletes for the expectations of the next level.
MANDATORY TEAM CAMPS
Team Camps are a core part of how we build elite teams. Because our athletes come from across the region and beyond, traditional weeknight practices alone are not enough to build chemistry and efficiency.
Team Camps bring the entire roster together for extended sessions that equal multiple practices in one day, focusing on team systems, communication, situational play, and strategy.
This model respects family travel while maximizing development, chemistry, and accountability across the team.
PRE-TOURNAMENT PRACTICE
Pre-Tournament Practices are an intentional design choice that separates our program from traditional clubs.
Since teams are already traveling, we host a full team practice the evening before competition — often at a local college campus or top-tier facility.
These sessions allow us to align expectations, review game plans, clarify roles, and ensure every athlete is prepared and unified heading into competition.
College commits from Virginia alone since 2017.
Across our broader system, athletes have earned
500+ college commitments through programs in Virginia
North Carolina and South Carolina, supported by a strong network of current and former
college coaches.

Why Families Choose Team Virginia
Intentional Development
Development is focused on preparing players to become confident,
impactful contributors for their high school teams while building
the habits, skill set, and understanding that make them
attractive to college coaches at the next level.
Practices emphasize decision-making, pace, and competing the right way —
helping athletes stand out through how they play, not just where they play.
Recruiting Support
We help open doors and guide families toward the right college fit
for each player — athletically, academically, and culturally.
Recruitable players receive guidance from a dedicated Recruiting
Coordinator who works across all of our programs from Virginia
through the Carolinas.
Athletes compete in tournaments that fit where their recruiting potential can be maximized.
A Balanced Commitment
Team Virginia is designed for families who value development without
burnout.
We respect the high school season, limit unnecessary travel, and focus
on making each training block and event meaningful.
With over a decade of experience in the player development and college recruitment space, we know how to be efficient and effective in getting the most out of our athletes.
