The Rebrand

At the start of the end of the Spring of 2023, our organization, Hammers Lacrosse Club, was contacted by an outside company from the same area that had a similar name and logo to our program. After discussions, we have both realized that the similar names and brands would cause continued confusion in our industries. As a result, our team has decided to change our name and rebrand the club at the conclusion of the Summer of 2023.

We’ve had some historic moments and amazing memories as the Hammers Lacrosse Club the past few years but despite this, Hammers Lacrosse is merely a name for the incredible community we’ve built from the ground up. Our true identity lies within our coaching staff, the families and the student-athletes who have believed in our process for developing them into great lacrosse players and even better young men.

We will be using this rebrand as an opportunity to “level up” in a variety of areas within our organization, bring new/exciting ideas to the community and open a whole new door of opportunities for our players to compete at an even higher level and maximize exposure opportunities.

Coach Burke, Coach Zinck and Coach Beardsley will continue to lead the club with the support of RSN. New and exciting additions to our Virginia leadership and staff will be announced soon.

We are beyond excited about the future of the club and cannot wait to continue this journey with you all.
